Farther, Closer, Farther

“Farther, Closer, Farther” confronts the strains of growing apart from a parent who has spent most of their time away from family. In this film, a young girl searches the skies and seas for her parent who left home, surrounded by traces of memories and objects left behind. Drowning in solitude, she drifts through the ocean in hopes of closing the distance between herself and the parent she cannot reach.
