In the heart of Manila, “Little One” follows Joy, a pregnant mother unsure of how to raise a child. Seeking guidance, she arranges an interview with her two gay dads—Iko and Tino—but fate intervenes when Iko suffers a heart attack. Amidst this crisis, Tino reflects on their family’s history, captured on an old camcorder, revealing their journey of parenthood.
